This recipe comes from a good friend. It's so easy and one of the best key lime pies I've ever tasted!
9 oz. graham cracker crust*
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
6 egg yolks
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
Can of whip cream
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Blend the milk, yolks and juice together. Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. I prefer chill in the refrigerator before serving. Top with whip cream.
*Make sure it's the 9 oz crust. Anything smaller will not accommodate all the filling.
Variation: Instead of using the 9oz graham cracker crust, you can use 10 individual crusts for a more personal touch to a dinner party. They can be found in the baking aisle of your local grocery store.
